For orders shipping within the continental United States, once your order is received, please allow 7-10 business days for delivery. For orders requiring attached Book Processing, please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. Orders shipping outside the continental United States ship via Book Post; please allow 35-40 days for delivery.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for credit within 60 days from the invoice date. Returns must be forwarded to our warehouse within 60 days with a copy of your invoice and account number. Credit will be applied to your account or a refund will be issued only after we receive confirmation that the books were received in saleable condition. Please include a copy of the invoice or packing slip and use a traceable shipping method. Books must be in saleable condition. Processed books cannot be returned. Shipper must pay shipping charges back to Infobase Publishing.
